Why is data not posting to etapestry?

Here is a reason why your data might not be posting properly to eTapestry:

"This fault indicates the eTapestry database you are attempting to connect to hasn't been granted access to use the eTapestry API. For security reasons, eTapestry disables API access until an organization requests this feature. You are able to login because

 the database has another enabled license that has limited API access. To request full API access, simply email eTapestry Support at support@etapestry.com. Please provide a login id (no password needed)

 so we can identify and update your database."
