Issue a refund
Here is how to issue a full and/or partial refund. NOTE: If you wish to also cancel the associated registration or ticket, you will need to do so separately. A link to those steps are below as well.
Step 1: Click the Transactions icon
Step 2: Search their name and click on Details
Step 3: Click Refund
Step 4: Enter the amount you wish to refund and click Refund. NOTE: if you are using the Cornerstone, SAGE, Authorize.net you will not need to enter the credit card number or expiration. Often times, other gateways will require you to.
