Equipment needed to scan tickets

Our scanner app turns the camera on your iPhone, iPad or iPod into a working barcode scanner(not compatible with Android yet). We've juiced it with quick sensor reaction time and a simple user interface. This app will keep your lines moving along quickly.

Here are some cool features:

  • Link multiple scanners together at large events for complete entry coverage.  
  • Real-time synching keeps everyone connected even if an internet connection is lost. 
  • When devices are connected to wifi, they will communicate with each other to flag duplicate tickets and prevent against fraud.
  • The app logs all scanned tickets so it’s easy to review event attendance numbers. 

You have many options when it comes to scanning tickets.

Option 1:  You can use any iPhone, iPod or iPad by downloading our FREE TicketScan app from the iTunes Store.

Option 2:  You can rent our scanners for $50/scanner +Shipping (both ways).  We will waive the rental fee for one scanner per 750 tickets you sell.

Option 3:  Use http://cp.webconnex.com/scanner/ This works as a kiosk scanning option (needs internet connection)
