Tickets aren't printing! What do I do?

If you have customers clicking Print Tickets and it's not working, it's most likely because the ticket option is set for will call rather than printed tickets. Not to worry, this is pretty easy to fix!

1. Change the ticket option to printed tickets.

Edit the campaign and go to Layout. Edit the ticket field and check the Print barcoded tickets box and Save:

2. Change the status of tickets already purchased from Willcall to "Active"

3. Resend confirmation emails.

For customers who had already purchased their tickets before the fix, you can resend their confirmation email. Check out the article for re-sending confirmation emails.
