Set open/close dates for ticket boxes
Have a ticket option that is only for a specific time frame? Or have a ticket option that shouldn’t appear until a specific date? Here are 5 easy steps to set show and hide dates for your Ticket Options.
Step 1: On the Campaigns screen select Edit next to your campaign, then enter the Layout tab.
Step 2: Edit your Ticket option that should have specific dates and times that it should appear or disappear.
Step 3: Scroll down and select Show Advanced Options.
Step 4: For the Date Shows field select the calendar icon and choose the date that you would like this ticket option to appear on. And for the Date Hides field you can select the calendar icon to choose the date you would like the ticket option to disappear on.
Step 5: Finally, be sure to select Save!
